Hi, I'm Kate! I am an adventure photographer based out of Harstine Island, a small island in the south Puget Sound in Washington. Living in the PNW, I am surrounded by an outdoor paradise where hiking, backpacking, trail running and paddleboarding are just a few of the outdoor adventures I love to experience and photograph. For me, it's all about creating authentic and powerful images to tell the story of human connection and wild spaces.
I'm always up for a physical challenge and have summited Washington's Mt. Baker and Mt. Adams and hiked the Wonderland Trail around Mt. Rainier. My husband, our two kids, and I love to road trip in our van; frequenting the mountains and forests of Washington and regularly exploring Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, and Utah's National Parks and surrounding areas.
